CONDICIONES PARA DE ASISTENCIA PARA ASOCIACIONES
FORMULARIO A
Al Encuentro podréis asistir hasta dos personas por asociación (hasta completar cupo). Ambas tendréis los gastos pagados de estancia, cóctel de bienvenida para la noche del día 19, comidas de los días 20 y 21 completos y desayuno del día 22. La noche del día 21 haremos la cena de clausura del Encuentro, que intentaremos que sea algo especial. Dormiremos en habitaciones de 4 plazas con baño incluido, os consultaremos para ajustar vuestras preferencias para el alojamiento. Habrá habitaciones accesibles. Si hubiese algún requerimiento especial para dormir o comer nos lo podréis hacer saber en el cuestionario de inscripción que os remitiremos.
EL NÚMERO DE PLAZAS DE ASISTENTES (POR ASOCIACIÓN Y ACOMPAÑANTE) ESTÁ LIMITADO, ASÍ QUE ES RECOMENDABLE QUE OS INSCRIBÁIS LO ANTES POSIBLE. UNA VEZ RECIBIDA LA SOLICITUD DE INSCRIPCIÓN, DEBIDAMENTE CUMPLIMENTADA, Y COMPROBADOS LOS DATOS SE OS COMUNICARÁ SI VUESTRA SOLICITUD HA SIDO ADMITIDA.
PUESTO QUE ES UNA INVITACIÓN POR PARTE DEL XACOBEO, LA DECISIÓN ES INAPELABLE.
EL PLAZO DE INSCRIPCIÓN TERMINA EL 1 DE OCTUBRE DE 2023.
LA INSCRIPCIÓN SE HARA RELLENANDO EL FORMULARIO QUE ESTÁ EN ESTA WEB, EN LA SOLAPA DE INSCRIPCIONES.
PAGO DE TRANSPORTE
Se pagará un único bonus de transporte por asociación en función de la zona del mundo desde la que se venga.
Se abonarán hasta 150 € por asociación, para asociaciones de España, Portugal y sur de Francia, hasta 300 € para asociaciones de Europa y Canarias y 700 € para asociaciones del resto del mundo. El pago lo realizaremos mediante transferencia o cheque bancario en el momento de llegada a las instalaciones del Monte del Gozo y justifiquéis el transporte realizado mediante una copia del billete que justifique la distancia y viaje. En el caso de realizar el viaje en coche se presentará la justificación de kilometraje realizado a 0,19 cts./km. más tickets de autopistas, y se abonará hasta un máximo de 150€ por asociación.

The Meeting can be attended by up to two people per Association (until full capacity is reached). You will both have all expenses paid for your stay, a welcome cocktail on the evening of the 19th, meals on the 29th and 21st, with breakfast on the 22nd. On the evening of the 21st, we will have the closing dinner of the Meeting which we will try to make something special. We will sleep in rooms for 4 people with a bathroom included, and we will consult you to adjust your preferences for accommodation. Special accessibility rooms will be available. If there are any special sleeping or eating requirements, you can let us know in the registration questionnaire that we will send you.
THE NUMBER OF PLACES FOR PARTICIPANTS (PER ASSOCIATION AND ACCOMPANYING PERSON) IS LIMITED, SO WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU REGISTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR APPLICATION FORM, DULY COMPLETED, AND CHECKED YOUR DETAILS, WE WILL INFORM YOU WHETHER YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN ACCEPTED.
SINCE THIS IS AN INVITATION FROM THE GALICIAN TOURISM AGENCY (AXENCIA DE TURISMO DE GALICIA), THE DECISION IS FINAL.
THE DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION IS 1 OCTOBER 2023.
REGISTRATION MUST BE DONE BY FILLING IN THE FORM ON THIS WEBSITE, IN THE REGISTRATION TAB.
TRANSPORT PAYMENT
A single transport bonus must be paid per partnership depending on the part of the world you come from.
To 150 euros per Association for Associations from Spain, Portugal and the South of France, to 300 euros for Associations from Europe and the Canary Islands, and 700 euros for Associations from the rest of the world. Payment shall be made by bank transfer or bank cheque at the time of arrival at the Monte del Gozo facilities, and proof of transport must be provided by means of a copy of the ticket justifying the distance and the journey. If you travel by car, proof of mileage at 0.19 cents/km plus motorway tickets must be provided, and a maximum of 150 euros per Association shall be paid.

Un maximum de deux personnes par association peut assister à la Rencontre (jusqu'à ce que la capacité totale soit atteinte). Pour ces 2 personnes, le séjour, le cocktail de bienvenue le 19 au soir, les repas complets des 29 et 21 et le petit déjeuner du 22 seront pris en charge. Le 21 au soir, nous aurons le dîner de clôture de la Rencontre, que nous essaierons de rendre spécial. Nous dormirons dans des chambres de 4 personnes avec salle de bain incluse, nous vous demanderons vos préférences en ce qui concerne l’hébergement. Des chambres adaptées pour les personnes à mobilité réduire seront disponibles. Si vous avez des exigences particulières en matière de sommeil ou de repas, veuillez nous en informer par le biais du formulaire d'inscription que nous vous enverrons.
LE NOMBRE DE PLACES (PAR ASSOCIATION ET PAR ACCOMPAGNATEUR) ÉTANT LIMITÉ, IL EST RECOMMANDÉ DE S'INSCRIRE DÈS QUE POSSIBLE. APRÈS AVOIR REÇU VOTRE FORMULAIRE D’INSCRIPTION DÛMENT COMPLÉTÉ ET APRÈS AVOIR VÉRIFIÉ VOS INFORMATIONS, NOUS VOUS INFORMERONS DE L'ACCEPTATION DE VOTRE DEMANDE D’INSCRIPTION.
PUISQU’IL S'AGIT D'UNE INVITATION DE L'AXENCIA DE TURISMO DE GALICIA, LA DÉCISION EST DÉFINITIVE.
LA DATE LIMITE D'INSCRIPTION EST FIXÉE AU 1ER OCTOBRE 2023.

PAIEMENT DES FRAIS DE TRANSPORT
Un seul bon de transport sera versé par association en fonction de votre région d’origine.
Jusqu’à 150 € pour chaque association venant d'Espagne, du Portugal et du sud de la France, jusqu’à 300 € pour les associations venant d'Europe et des îles Canaries et 700 € pour les associations du reste du monde. Le versement sera effectué par virement bancaire ou chèque bancaire à votre arrivée au Monte del Gozo où il vous sera demandé de justifier les frais de transport, au moyen d'une copie du billet indiquant la distance et le trajet. En cas de déplacement en voiture, il vous faudra présenter les justificatifs des kilomètres parcourus à 0,19 €/km ainsi que les tickets d'autoroute ; dans ce cas, il est prévu de verser un maximum de 150 € par association.
